How to Get SUPERPOWERS (or the Power of Focusing)

Upon hearing that my friend’s daughter watches more of my videos than my friend herself does (due to her daughter having more time to spend online), I have decided to make a video for my young audience on an important topic!

In this video learn about how to FOCUS YOUR MIND, despite the many distractions of electronic devices and daily life.  Focusing can help you to prepare for and complete tasks well, to get along better with others, and to enjoy life more fully!

Ways to improve focus include:

  • Making a clear intention to focus
  • Writing down your goals
  • Practicing meditation regularly
