Spirituality and Positivity- why you need both

I tell my students in my meditation classes that all of the good work that they are doing would be well supplemented by my Positive Thinking E-Course.  Why? Because meditation deals with spiritual openings but the mind has its own patterns that need attention.

Human thoughts are often caught in patterns of negativity that go unmonitored and wreak havoc on a person. It takes conscious effort to train oneself into a positive mindset. While meditation can help to open oneself to unseen wisdom, and thus can help to curb the mind’s ramblings, meditation alone is usually a temporary state. And when one comes out of meditation one’s habitual thoughts take over once again.

Unless one couples the ability to be positive, optimistic, thankful, peaceful and happy with spiritual work, one may simply be opening the door for higher levels of psychic capacity without much improvement on mood or outcomes.

It is important to use wisdom and positive thinking to gain insights which allow one to live in an uplifted state of mind- A NEW REALITY. When this occurs, the spiritual connection is strengthened because one has released the mental heaviness that was previously obscuring it.

If you want help with these processes I recommend that you get my Positive Thinking E-Course and my Self Healing Meditations CD/MP3s. By coupling positive thinking with meditation, you may take strides in your consciousness quickly! Click here: https://drrahmanbeckwith.wordpress.com/booksandcourses/
