Joy\/Appreciation\/Empowered\/Freedom\/Love<br \/>\n2. Passion<br \/>\n3. Enthusiasm\/Eagerness\/Happiness<br \/>\n4. Positive Expectation\/Belief<br \/>\n5. Optimism<br \/>\n6. Hopefulness<br \/>\n7. Contentment<br \/>\n8. Boredom<br \/>\n9. Pessimism<br \/>\n10. Frustration\/Irritation\/Impatience<br \/>\n11. Overwhelment<br \/>\n12. Disappointment<br \/>\n13. Doubt<br \/>\n14. Worry<br \/>\n15. Blame<br \/>\n16. Discouragement<br \/>\n17. Anger<br \/>\n18. Revenge<br \/>\n19. Hatred\/Rage<br \/>\n20. Jealousy<br \/>\n21. Insecurity\/Guilt\/Unworthiness<br \/>\n22. Fear\/Grief\/Depression\/Despair\/Powerlessness<\/p>\n<p>Depending on where you are resonating on a subject, your better feeling thoughts may be only thoughts that are one or two notches higher on the emotional scale, but <em><strong>reaching for improved feelings is an effective way to change your experience of a situation!<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 You can write down statements about how you are feeling and notice where they fall on the scale.\u00a0 As you become aware of your thought patterns you can then consciously make the effort to improve them!\u00a0 Good luck!<\/p>\n<p>For help on this process feel free to contact me regarding my <a href=\"https:\/\/drrahmanbeckwith.wordpress.com\/contact\/\">wellness coaching services<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>*From the book \u201cAsk and It is Given\u201d, E.
